Our Story
After the passing of our dear friend Ken Callaway, a group of his closest friends—known as the BV Bros—came together with the support and blessing of his wife, Beth, to honor his memory in a meaningful way. From that shared purpose, this outing was created.
This event is more than just a day of golf—it’s a celebration of the life Ken lived and the impact he had on everyone around him. All proceeds from the outing will support the Ken Callaway Memorial Fund, which will be used by Beth and the Callaway family to provide scholarships and continue Ken’s legacy of generosity and support for others.
Ken was, first and foremost, a devoted husband to Beth and a proud, loving father to KP, Megan, and Sydney. He was also an incredible friend—someone who brought people together, made every moment more enjoyable, and never passed up an opportunity to spend time with those he cared about.
He had a deep love for golf, especially the traditions he shared with friends on the annual Myrtle Beach trip and at the Snowman Classic—memories that will live on with every swing taken in his honor.
Beyond the course, Ken made a lasting impact as a softball coach. He was admired not only for his leadership, but for the way he supported, encouraged, and connected with every player and fellow coach. The respect and love he earned in that role speaks volumes about the kind of person he was.
This outing is our way of coming together—friends, family, and community—to remember Ken, celebrate his life, and ensure his legacy continues for years to come.
